Bidfolio sells advertising placement on a public listing board. A payment buys your listing a position, determined solely by the size of your bid relative to other bids, for the remainder of the current season. It is not a subscription, a competition entry, a prize draw, a game of chance, or a financial instrument. Nothing is held in escrow and nothing is awarded at random.

Placements are non-refundable. The service is delivered the moment your listing appears at its purchased position, and it is consumed continuously from that moment. Being outbid, changing your mind, or the season ending are not refund events. We may, entirely at our discretion, refund a payment made in obvious error.

Positions are ordered by bid, highest first, with ties resolved in favour of the earlier bidder. Positions are not reserved: a bid placed while your payment is processing may overtake you, in which case your payment still applies in full and places you wherever it places you. The floor bid is $1 and single payments are capped at $2,000. Bids reset when a season closes.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and thumbnail it for the purpose of operating and promoting the board, including in automatically generated share images. You confirm the work is yours to publish and that publishing it here breaks no agreement you are party to.

We may hide, remove, or refuse a listing that breaks the rules, infringes someone's rights, or exposes us to legal risk. Removal for cause does not entitle you to a refund of a placement already delivered. We will tell you why, at the email on the listing.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, a level of traffic, a number of clicks, or any commercial outcome from being listed. Click counts are measured best-effort and de-duplicated per visitor; they are an indication, not an audited metric.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the ninety days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, lost clients, or lost revenue.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you are, tax may be added at checkout or included in the price shown, and your receipt will state which.

We may change these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page. Changes never apply retroactively to a placement you have already bought. The rules in force when you paid are the rules that govern it.
